How To Order Your Notary Bond And Seal

FILLING OUT THE ORDER FORM:

1. Fill out the information for your bond:

Your name, principal county, commission no, and commission effective/expiration date should be copied EXACTLY as they appear on your commission.

The address on bond is the address you would like on your bond. Note that this address MUST be in the principal county that appears on your commission.

2. Choose a package.
 
3.  Add any additional products you might want (product list available here).

4.  Choose a shipping method

SENDING IN YOUR ORDER:

  1. Fax OR email completed order form (with completed questionnaire if applicable) AND a copy of your "Certificate of Authorization to Manufacture Notary Seals" to us.

We request that all emailed forms and certificates be scanned and
sent as .pdf attachments.

  2. Mail your ORIGINAL "Certificate of Authorization to Manufacture
Notary Seals" to:

You must send us your ORIGINAL document. This document is filed
BY US with the Secretary of State. Copies will NOT be accepted.

  3.  Your order will be sent via FedEx Next Day delivery.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR "BOND ONLY" ORDERS:
If you are ordering a bond but are NOT ordering a seal, we request that you fax, email, or mail with your order a copy of EITHER your commission OR your "Certificate of Authorization to Manufacture Notary Seals" in order to complete your bond.
