2. Fax, email or mail your order form and a copy of your Commission.
3. You will receive your Notary bond/supplies from us by next business day delivery.
How To Order Your Notary Bond
WHAT YOU NEED:

- $50,000 and $100,000 E&O orders only: Travelers California Notary E&O Questionnaire (available here)
FILLING OUT THE ORDER FORM:
1. Fill out the information for your bond:
Your name, principal county, commission no, and commission. Effective/expiration date should be copied EXACTLY as they appear on your commission.
The address on the bond is the address you would like on your bond. Note that this address MUST be in the principal county that appears on your commission.
2. Choose items for purchase.
3. Add Shipping of $7.00
4. Choose payment method
